These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Connell Cleaning Services website and our cleaning services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Connell Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Peabody, Massachusetts and surrounding communities across the North Shore, Greater Boston, and southern New Hampshire. All services are performed by trained, background-checked cleaning professionals in accordance with our quality standards and client agreements.

Estimates and Pricing

  • We provide quotes before beginning any cleaning service
  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking — home size, service type, and frequency
  • If the scope of work differs significantly from what was quoted, we will discuss any pricing adjustments with you before proceeding
  • Recurring cleaning rates are subject to periodic review and we will provide advance notice of any changes

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • A deposit may be required for large one-time cleaning projects
  • Recurring clients will be billed according to their agreed payment schedule

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window
  • We will notify you if we are running late or need to reschedule
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or termination of recurring service

Property Access

You agree to provide our cleaning team with reasonable access to your home or business at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, lockbox codes, building access codes, or any other means of entry agreed upon at the time of booking. Connell Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by failure to provide agreed access.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas and tasks included in your cleaning plan and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions or factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Connell Cleaning Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during cleaning
  • Damage caused by improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to service
  • Consequential or incidental damages beyond the cost of services provided
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control including weather, traffic, or access issues
  • Items of exceptional value not disclosed to us prior to service

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided or re-performing work that does not meet our quality standard.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your home or business at the time of booking
  • Disclose any known hazards, fragile items, or special handling requirements before your cleaning visit
  • Secure pets during cleaning visits to ensure the safety of our team and your animals
  • Ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to all areas included in your cleaning plan

Governing Law
